Investing in our Youth & Community

Our biggest goal has been to provide a place of recreation and learning for youth after school. UCC has provided services for over 20,000 young people from the Uniondale School District Area like daily after-school and summer programs, including Basketball, Dance, Martial Arts, Trips, Tutorial Programs, and much more, in addition to a variety of informative workshops on Skill-Building in Childcare, Job & Career Skills Development, Nutrition, Parenting, and Substance Abuse, under the supervision of a trained member of our staff.

The Youth Project is funded by the Nassau County Youth Board, NYS Special Legislative Grants, NY State Office of Children and Family Services, Town of Hempstead, donations, and community support.
